Sustainability is pivotal to the way we work. It is in our motivations to be original and revolutionary in the way we design and build and is contemplated during every stage of our design process. We prioritise social, environmental and economic sustainability, whilst being innovative and experimental in our designs. Here at sense.A, there is a focus on sensory experiences as we see homes as being our second skin and an important aspect in our lives that we cherish.

Portfolio
Focusing on transformative and creative design, sense.A aims to realise the potential possibilities of sustainability within bespoke architecture. Our portfolio includes small-scale residential projects with passive and sustainable techniques at the core.
Aspirations
Our designs are based on either the Nationwide House Energy Rating Scheme (NatHERS) or Passive House standards. We go beyond the minimum NatHERS star rating required to create energy efficient homes for your lifestyle. At sense.A, we save you costs on energy bills and lowering your cost in the long term though our designs.
Every project undergoes many iterations and consultations to ensure the project is carbon neutral. We also ensure zero-energy building design by using biodegradable and locally sourced materials for construction and efficient technology. Such new developments in technologies include smart appliances, low-emitting materials and electrochromic smart glass. We are constantly on the hunt for new economical breakthroughs in mechanical contrivances to be integrated into our designs.
